1. Acceptance
By accessing or using The Ministry Study (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
The Ministry Study is a workspace for studying, writing, organizing, and sharing teaching content. Features include manuscript editing, folders, notes, prayer requests, a resource library, Bible reading, and preaching tools.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of all content you create or upload. You grant us a limited license to host, back up, and display your content solely to provide the Service. We do not claim ownership of your work, and we do not use it to train AI models.
5. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Upload content that infringes copyright or other rights.
- Share illegal, harmful, abusive, or defamatory material.
- Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
- Use the Service for spam or unauthorized marketing.
6. Resource library responsibility
You may upload resources only if you have the legal right to store and use them. The Ministry Study provides organization and storage; it does not determine whether a particular file is legally transferable. That judgment and responsibility remain with you.
7. Plans and payments
The Service offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed through our payment processor, which handles your card details; we never see or store them. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and one-time Lifetime purchases do not renew. Paid plans are governed by the prices shown at checkout and by our Policies page.
8. Refunds and cancellation
You may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your first subscription payment, and approved refunds apply only to that first payment. Renewal payments are non-refundable and the 7-day window does not restart when a subscription renews.
You may cancel at any time to stop future renewal charges. Cancelling does not automatically issue a refund, and it never deletes your account or your content — deleting an account is a separate step you choose yourself.
Pro Lifetime and Church Lifetime purchases are final and non-refundable. “Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of The Ministry Study service, not the lifetime of the purchaser; it is not a guarantee that the Service will exist indefinitely regardless of circumstances.
Refund requests are submitted through our contact page and should include your account email, the plan purchased, the purchase date and a brief explanation. We may decline requests involving suspected fraud, abuse of the refund policy, or repeated refund requests. See our Policies page for the full Refund Policy.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account and content at any time. Upon termination, your content may be deleted in accordance with our data-retention practices.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AJH Enterprises, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Changes to these terms
We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
