Common questions
How is the discount actually applied?
It is applied directly to your existing subscription as a percentage off, so you simply pay less on your next invoice. There is no code to enter and no separate payout — the reduced amount shows on the receipt we email you.
What counts as a qualifying paid referral?
Someone who signed up with your link and is currently on an active (or trialing) paid monthly or yearly plan. Free accounts, cancelled accounts and lapsed subscriptions do not count.
Do the discounts stack?
No. You receive the best single reward you qualify for at any time: 25% off with one or two qualifying paid referrals, a free plan with three or more, or 15% off renewals if a Lifetime referral is your best current reward.
How are Lifetime plans treated?
Lifetime purchases are excluded from the 25%-off and free-plan milestones because there is no recurring payment behind them. Instead, referring someone who buys a Lifetime plan earns you 15% off your own renewal payments for as long as you stay subscribed.
Can I earn a discount if I am on a Lifetime plan myself?
A Lifetime plan has no renewals, so there is nothing for a percentage discount to reduce. You can still invite people and your referral progress is tracked; the reward becomes active if you ever move to a recurring plan.
When do rewards update?
Automatically. Every time a referred subscription starts, renews, lapses or is cancelled, our billing system recalculates your reward — usually within a minute of the payment being confirmed. The new rate then appears on your next invoice.
Will I be told when something changes?
Yes. We email you when someone you invited becomes a qualifying paid subscriber, and again whenever your discount moves to a different tier — up or down — with the number of qualifying referrals behind it.
What happens if a referred friend cancels?
Your reward is recalculated from your remaining qualifying referrals. Drop below three and you return to 25% off; drop below one and the discount is removed. Nothing is billed retroactively.
Is the reward permanent?
It lasts as long as the referrals behind it stay subscribed and you stay subscribed. If you cancel your own plan, any active referral discount ends with it.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals are blocked by the system and will not earn rewards. We also reserve the right to revoke rewards in cases of fraud or abuse.
Where do I track my progress?
Under Invite & Earn in your account. It lists everyone who joined with your link, which of them qualify, and the discount currently applied — with names and email addresses partly hidden for their privacy.
Is there a limit to how much I can earn?
The largest reward is a free plan at three or more qualifying paid referrals. Beyond that, extra referrals keep your free plan protected if one of the others lapses.
A few simple rules

- If you cancel your own subscription, any active referral discounts end.
- We reserve the right to adjust or revoke rewards in cases of fraud, abuse, or self-referral.
